Is there any benefits of using g-LAN network card regarding internet speed.
Also if there are two computers on the net what kind of rooter should be?

No, internet speed isn't even 10Mbit most often, so even 100Mb is
overkill, let alone 1Gb.

Most routers (at any resonable price) don't support GbE. You
could get any common router that has 100Mb switch built in, and
also buy a Gb switch, linking Gb switch to router, and connecting
all Gb-able systems to the Gb switch. Internet traffic would
then be at 100Mb but all systems connected to the Gb switch can
communicate with each other at Gb speed.
