Need Opinion on SOYO Techaid

Anyone have an opinion on the so-called SOYO Techaid PCI
Troubleshooter? Worth the money?

Goes for almost $40 - Tiger has it for less.

Quite a few places have it for around $30, and Tiger is such
a poor vendor, if they can screw up something as simple as
filling a single-product order, leave it to them to find a
way.

The opinion is, it's fine for doing what it's meant to do,
display port 80 codes.
