Post subject: Problems with a virus: autorun.inf

I think I got this off a friend's usb and i thought I got rid of it with autorunremover, but when i opened UltraIso(a program like Nero), I had in every single one of my drives autorun.inf, RECYCLER folder and System Volume Information. I can't see these viruses on my drives if i pick the show hidden files and folders option, only in UltraIso. I have tried to use the command prompt as some had advised me to and many said it worked for them but in my case either it can't find these files or access is denied and they cannot be deleted. I also have it on my 3 usb ( I've tried with FlashDisinfector and IKill but either they didn't work or they return everytime i connect them to the pc). Does anyone know how I could get rid of these viruses without losing the information on my usb and drives?
