Post subject: REALLy need help PC go slow motion

here my problem my pc seem to get very slow responding for no reason when i play pc game like tf2 sometime i got spike like hell i have to wait few sec and it went to normal, my gpy seem to be at 40 degree
all temp look good
i just change my cpu thinking it was too slow i have e5500 before
i try overclock not fixing i know ita not software related problem bucz i have this probleme long time before i have made ubgrade to my pc
so now i am wondering if there is a way to find out why the pc do that
is that the integrated sound card? or maybe harddrive that go wrong?
or ram?

all i know is that the drop in the pc playing is almost not possible
i get like spike like everything frozze a sec and come back
